Glass Ceilings ... and Sticky Floors! I am developing programmes aimed at helping women to break through the glass ceiling, and to stop underestimating their own value and effectiveness... When complete, this toolbox will take you through some core principles - the things we need to work on to build the foundations for success. Then we will develop toolkits for managing stress and pressure. You can also work on time management skills and techniques so that you take full control of your life.
These toolkits will include managing your work/life balance, turning pressure and stress to advantage, time management tips and methods, becoming skilful in conflict situations, relaxation methods, switching to more positive states, looking after your health and more.

Managing Other People for Success: This box of tools and ideas will eventually contain about 30 topics focusing on a range of Leadership and Management skills, including developing vision and direction, creating a motivational environment, leading change, communication skills, coaching others to achieve greater potential, dealing with feedback, working with difficult people, asserting, managing performance, delegating, decision making, provoking new thinking, developing teams, and a range of other relevant topics.

Through this site I will share tips and ideas that could transform your personal and professional effectiveness. You can develop as a leader, manager, team player, company or family; whatever is most important to you. The focus is on making a real, sustainable difference. You will have access - eventually! -to a vast range of material, presented in ways that are easy to watch, listen to or read. We will help you to choose your own priorities and to find the most useful stuff. Then we aim to keep you focused on finding strategies that will work for you, to follow them through and fine tune them to make them stick.
